How a Plant Bingo night runs, start to finish.

Seven steps. This is what we handle so you don't have to.

  1. 01 Book the night
  2. 02 Your page
  3. 03 Tickets
  4. 04 We fill the room
  5. 05 The door
  6. 06 The game
  7. 07 After
01

You pick the date. We set it up.

Tell us the night, the start time, and how many people your room holds. We put the event in our system the same day — venue, time, headcount, ticket price. It goes on our calendar and on your page.

Nothing for you to build. No software to log into.

The venues list in The Grower's Life admin
Every venue we work with lives here, with its logo and color. That's what brands your page.
02

You get a co-branded page on our site.

Your logo, your colors, your upcoming nights. One link you can put in an email, a post, or a QR code on the bar. Guests see your name first, then ours.

Here's the one we run for the JW Marriott Dallas Arts District. Yours would look like this with your brand on it.

Upcoming nights sit right under it, with live seat counts. Sold out shows as sold out.
03

Tickets are sold on your co-branded page.

Guests buy on your page. Checkout runs on Square — the same processor most small businesses use for the register. We never see or store a card number. Square handles all of it.

The guest gets a ticket in their inbox with a QR code, and a reminder before the night.

We take care of the ticketing. You don't touch it.

The buy-tickets dialog: seats, name, email, continue to Square
Seats, name, email. One click and Square takes over. Seats left updates as people buy.

05

We work the door.

Our person stands at the door with a phone. Scan the QR on the guest's screen or type their name. Checked in. Takes about three seconds.

We can see who's in, who's still coming, and how many seats are open — so we know when to sell to walk-ups and when to stop.

We call plants, not numbers.

We manage the bingo game, all the prizes, and we call all the games.

The 75 plants, numbered 1 to 75, in B I N G O columns
The 75 plants. Each one is tied to a ball, so the caller sheet and the cards always match.
07

Everyone's a winner.

Every ticket holder gets a plant to take home, bingo game winners get a large plant as the winner.

What we post

A few of our social media posts.

This is the kind of thing that goes out ahead of a night. You'll get versions with your name on them, sized for each platform.
