The mocktail trailer: a restored horse trailer in slate blue with a serving window, botanical line-art, and lemons on the counter

The mocktail trailer,
coming soon.

An old horse trailer, being rebuilt by hand into a proper bar on wheels — pouring botanical mocktails and herbal lemonade at private events across North Texas. She isn't finished yet. But you can get on the list.

Get on the list

A mockup, built from the real trailer — where she's headed, not where she is.

What she'll pour

Grown, not poured from a bottle.

Botanical mocktails

Built on herbs we actually grow — basil, mint, shiso, lemon balm — muddled the morning of.

Herbal lemonade

Real lemons, real sugar, and whatever's coming out of the garden that week.

Warm drinks off-season

When it turns cold she keeps rolling — spiced cider, herbal tea, and hot honey-lemon.

Where she is now

Still a horse trailer.

Right now she's a rusted-out horse trailer sitting in the yard. Over the next couple of months she gets stripped, sealed, plumbed, and built out — a serving window, a cold well, and a cedar bar top from the same wood we build beds with. The picture up top is a mockup we made from a photo of the actual trailer, so you can see where she's going. We'll swap in the real thing as the work happens.
