• What you give us in our forms: your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, and anything you tell us about your space or event.
• If you buy a ticket or guide, the details needed to complete the order. Card payments are handled by Square; we never see or store your card number.
• If you call our garden line and leave a voicemail, the recording, a transcript, and the number you called from.

To answer your request, schedule and provide garden services, send the tickets or guides you asked for, and send the emails you signed up for. We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run these things (for example, our website host, email and text-message providers, and payment processor), and only so they can do that work for us.

What we text about. The Grower’s Life sends customer-care text messages to garden customers and to people who’ve requested a garden consultation: scheduling and confirming garden maintenance visits, appointment reminders, arrival updates, follow-ups after a visit, and replies to your questions. We don’t send marketing or promotional texts.

How you opt in. By checking the box on our consultation form, or by agreeing in writing when you schedule garden service, you agree to receive these texts at the number you gave us. Agreeing to texts is never required to request a consultation or buy anything from us.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your service. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping and help. Reply STOP to any text to opt out; we’ll send one message confirming you’re unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (903) 636-8530.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the text-message providers that deliver our messages.

You can unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email, opt out of texts by replying STOP, or ask us to update or delete your information by calling (903) 636-8530 or through our contact form.
