We're Piper and Darrin. For ten years we've been building raised-bed gardens across North Texas — one yard, one weekend, one family at a time. This is where we tell you what we learned, and what we're building next.
A grower and a builder.
Piper is the one with her hands in the soil — she reads a yard the way other people read a room, and she can tell you what'll actually grow where you are, not what a catalog says should. Darrin builds the beds, the trailers, and everything else that needs building.
Between us we've put more cedar in the ground than we can count, and eaten a lot of dinners that started twenty feet from the back door.
Installs are hard on a marriage.
Building gardens for a living means every dollar costs a weekend. After ten years of that, we were tired — and we noticed the parts people loved most weren't the installs at all. It was the plant trailer pulling up. It was bingo night. It was learning what to put in the ground in October.
So we're building the thing those moments point at: a hub. Gardens when you want them, but also a trailer that comes to you, a bingo night worth driving to, and classes that make the next season easier. Less hauling cedar. More growing.

A home base in Denison.
There's an old service station in Denison we keep driving past. One day it's a garden shop — seedlings out front, the trailer parked on the side, and somewhere warm to run a class in January. Everything we're building rolls back there eventually.
We're easier to find than we used to be.
